about

What do you get when you have someone, who wants to practice their composition and mixing, while having all of their instruments unavailable to them at the time?

Well, pretty much this.

I've spent more time on this than I should have, but I did, because I wanted to see how far I could push it solo. I'm quite happy with a lot of aspects of it and I believe it's a good starting point for me, musically.

All of this has been composed, arranged, mixed and mastered (to the extent of my abilities) by Me. Some of the Guitar and Bass lines are sampled, as I wanted to keep things as plastic is possible.

That being said - I'm absolutely looking for feedback on this. I don't think I should spend more time on it and rework it for the 7th time, but I do trust that I could implement that feedback into my future work.

Thanks for tuning in and I hope you enjoyed my maniacal dive into attempts to make something midi sound great, while learning what is dynamic range and how to create it. It was a fun ride!

RIP to the files of: Ex Ego Ragnum, Future Ghosts and May (Not) who tragically went down during project meltdowns, caused by my mad experiments.
